Simple Curry Recipe to use with our Masala Seasonings - find them here

You can change and add as you wish - mix with peppers and tomatoes for a Bhuna style curry

The masalas we offer start of very very mild with the Kashmiri - getting warmer with the Punjabi and then just down right hot with Naga

Ingredients for 2 meals

2 Medium Onions finely chopped

Meat and or veg of Choice - 2 Chicken Breasts is the norm

Rice and Flat Breads to Serve

Method

Fry the onion until tender

Add 1 level tablespoon of seasoning - stir in and cook for a few minutes without burning

Add the meat and veg and of your choice

Add salt if required

Add a little water if required

Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the meat is cooked through

Serve with Rice and Breads
