a nice tangy masala
received a sachet gratis along with a selection of other chillies and powders bought. Was really impressed how easy and how tasty the cooked dish turned out from the packet instructions. The next time I mixed it with smoked naga for some extra punch :) I shall definitely be purchasing some more of this along with your super duper hot pods, thanks JeffE

First Time Trying
You were kind enough to give me a couple of sachets to try. I would like to report that I made an Indian Masala this week, by stir frying vegetables in my wok. I cooked a dry chicken Tandoori to top off the dish, all I did was to sprinkle your NAGA MASALA SEASONING over the chicken fillets before slowly cooking in sunflower oil under the grill. With Basmati rice and garlic Nan, this was one of my best-ever dishes! All thanks to your wonderful spices! Best wishes. Alan
