Good quality - much better than any you see in the wee bottles in the supermarket. You do actually get quite a LOT for 50g - logically this makes sense, but I was pleasantly surprised at the amount. I wouldn't normally use dried parsley much, but am finding myself sprinkling it on all sorts of things now, esp. in creamy soups.
