Our Returns Policy
If there is an issue with your order, whether this is damaged in transit, not what you ordered or the product is not as it should be please contact us to help in the first case
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt
Upon notification of a problem we will happily sort, whether this is sending a replacement or refund to cover any damage, replacement of incorrect item sent or product not as it should be
We wil only ask to get the product back if there is a foreign item within, or it has spoiled, at this point we will arrange collection from you via Royal Mail at your convienence at our cost, again a refund or replacement
The choice of refund or replacement will be yours to make, we will sort by return, refunds will be issued within 3 days of any return, please allow 3-5 days longer if paid by card to see fund refunded fully
