Description

Several ways of using this salmon seasoning, can be rubbed into the salmon fillet, sprinkle with a little salt if required and cook - baste in over proof paper or fried gently

Or cook the salmon clean with a little salt if required, using the salmon seasoning to make a sauce, quick method is chopped fresh shallots in a little oil, add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon seasoning per meal, cook through gentle heat stirring, then add some cream, heat and reduce down slightly and serve over the salmon fillet

If you have the time, best method is too oven cook the salmon in ovenproof paper, make a roux (flour-butter), add the seasoning stirring and then add the juices from the salmon parcel, add some cream if required

However you make your meal, enjoy your salmon
