Description

Tellicherry black peppercorns come from Malabar coast of India where these wonderful farmers allow the black pepper plants to mature fully providing full aroma and flavour

When we allow plants to mature fully its gives nature time to provide the full aroma, flavour and nutrition in our food, a little patience is good thing specially to obtain Tellicherry Black Pepper

The size of the black peppercorns is not dictated by this time but the number of days of sunshine, traditional growing has been 6 days of sunshine 1 day of rain providing perfect growing conditions, as climate change affects our growing the size of natures bounty is affected, but not the aroma, flavour or nutrition which takes time, just time
