Description

Coconut Milk Powder – Pure, Plant-Based Goodness
Our pure coconut milk powder is dairy-free, gluten-free, and made from freshly squeezed coconut milk. With no GMOs and around 40% coconut oil content, it retains much of the nutritional value of raw coconut. Naturally sweet with a rich, coconutty aroma and taste, it’s a versatile alternative to canned coconut milk—perfect for plant-based and everyday cooking.
Add it to curries, desserts, cakes, sauces, smoothies, yoghurts, or even your favourite hot drinks for instant tropical creaminess.
Ingredients: 90% freshly squeezed coconut milk, 8% maltodextrin, 2% non-GMO corn starch
Rich in lauric, capric and caprylic acids – the same medium-chain fatty acids found in coconut oil.
How to Use:
For coconut milk: Whisk 1 tablespoon (approx. 15g) with 125ml of water.
For coconut cream: Use 2 tablespoons with 125ml of water for a thicker consistency.
Adjust to taste depending on the creaminess you prefer.
Top tip: When adding to drinks, mix into a paste or liquid first—then pour your hot drink over for silky, dairy-free indulgence.
Directions to use and keep :
Our dairy free coconut milk powder is produced, packed and stored in a tropical climate when the product is free flowing, and its high level of coconut oil is at melting point. However, in temperate climates below 28 °- 26 ° Celsius product hardening and clumping will likely occur due to the solidifying properties of the coconut oil (which a natural and normal process). To restore to a free-flowing condition with soft breakable clumps, place the product in a warm environment of 30 °- 32 ° Celsius for typically 2 to 3 hours

Coconut Milk Powder 40% Fat Dairy free & Gluten-free - Quick Reference
What is it?: A dairy-free, gluten-free coconut milk powder containing 40% fat, designed to recreate coconut milk when mixed with water.
Flavour: Creamy, mildly sweet and distinctly coconut-rich.
Common uses: Curries, soups, sauces, smoothies, desserts, baking and instant drink or meal mixes.
How to use: Whisk gradually into warm water to the desired richness, or add the powder directly to dry blends and sauces.
Compare with: More concentrated and shelf-stable than canned coconut milk, with the advantage of making only the amount required.
Substitute: Canned coconut milk is the nearest substitute; desiccated coconut gives texture but not the same creamy liquid.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep sealed to protect the aroma and flavour.
Good to know: The powder format lets you control thickness: less water makes a richer coconut cream, while more water makes a lighter milk.
