Coconut Milk Powder – Pure, Plant-Based Goodness
Our pure coconut milk powder is dairy-free, gluten-free, and made from freshly squeezed coconut milk. With no GMOs and around 65% coconut oil content, it retains much of the nutritional value of raw coconut. Naturally sweet with a rich, coconutty aroma and taste, it’s a versatile alternative to canned coconut milk—perfect for plant-based and everyday cooking.
Add it to curries, desserts, cakes, sauces, smoothies, yoghurts, or even your favourite hot drinks for instant tropical creaminess.
Ingredients: 90% freshly squeezed coconut milk, 8% maltodextrin, 2% non-GMO corn starch
Rich in lauric, capric and caprylic acids – the same medium-chain fatty acids found in coconut oil.
How to Use:
For coconut milk: Whisk 1 tablespoon (approx. 15g) with 125ml of water.
For coconut cream: Use 2 tablespoons with 125ml of water for a thicker consistency.
Adjust to taste depending on the creaminess you prefer.
Top tip: When adding to drinks, mix into a paste or liquid first—then pour your hot drink over for silky, dairy-free indulgence.
