Green Peppercorns

So red is fully mature, black is mature, white is black without the seed coat and not to be missed green is immature pepper

Picked half way through its growing cycle and dried to leave a green peppercorn

Most strains have a pepper taste and slight bitterness that when combined with plant/animal fat produced a wonderful combined flavour fit for any meal
