Magnificent pepper
This is one of many magnificent discoveries. Long peppers are an Indian spice, but not used much used in modern Indian cuisine. I was delighted with the quality: the aroma is magnificent. The king of all curries is Nihari, and I've recently learned that true Nihari is made with these peppers - I'm really looking forward to trying it. Now I always buy spices from SoTW; they're unbeatable.
