To stand up to the flavours of the chilli, the Mexican oregano is strong herby version

Wonderful strong flavours that will compliment any meal, if you like you flavours you will like oregano

Cumin Ground

Where would a chilli con carne be without freshly ground cumin, its the flavour that combines with mexican chilli and beef to create the classic dish

Each Pack contains 1 Pack of each chilli and oregano

In a 20g pack you will get 4 packs of 20g, 50g 4 packs of 50g and so on

Chilli Con Carne Recipe

  • Take 1 or two pods for a two person meal and hydrate as shown here
  • Brown 250g Beef Mince, set aside
  • Fry 1 Sliced Onion Until tender
  • Blend the hydrated chilli - if you do not have a blender then chop the dry chilli before hydrating - once blended add the chilli and water to the beef and onion
  • Add 1 Tsp of Cumin Powder and any beans you wish to add
  • Crush up in your fingers 1 Tsp of Mexian Oregano and add
  • Add 1 Can of Chopped Tomatoes
  • Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30mins
  • I prefer to allow the chilli con carne to cool for a few hours and then reheat
  • Serve with Rice, Chips on Tacos or with Garlic Bread, how ever you serve enjoy all
