Guntur S10 chilli is name after the Guntar in the Prakasam districts of Andhra Pradesh, as well as Warangal, and Khammam districts of Telangana India

There are 100s of different cayenne's found growing in India, to be able to decipher who and what each one is, the Indian Spice Board created the S Grades, S4 is probably the most famous and used all over the world, here we bring you some of the others
