To start, the awesome meal of con carne is a hotly disputed recipe, for me there is no answer other than it is what you like that matters
This seasoning has been created to provide a back bone of flavours that I think just work so well together mixed with mince
From here you can add your own mix and twists but the flavours from these chillies will never disappoint you or your guests who will lap up every mouthful
For me though finding a good blend is not always easy and not always natural!
Over the last few years I have started to reduce the salt in my food, especially when I started to read the amount of salt that is some seasonings, it is just mad to put Salt as either the main ingredient or high enough that it is just salt with some flavour
Our blends and seasonings have no salt in them, so there is no fooling the senses, just pure natural chilli, herbs and spices so you get the best flavour possible on this planet and you control what salt you have, just 100% pure flavour from us
Fry your mince and onion as normal and mix in a tablespoon 20g of seasoning per 400g mince, you can add more seasoning if you like, but this is I think is a good balanced strong flavour, if you like it weaker simply add less and build up till your desired levels

Quick Reference
What is it?: A salt-free chilli con carne seasoning designed as a complete flavour base for mince, beans and tomato-based chilli.

Pairs Well With: Beef mince, onions, tomatoes, kidney beans, peppers, cocoa or dark chocolate and lime.
How to Use: Fry mince and onion, stir in the seasoning so it coats the food, then add tomatoes and beans and simmer.
Compare With: Compared with Chipotle Adobo, this is a broader chilli-con-carne base; Adobo is smokier and more specifically Mexican in direction.
Substitute: Use Chipotle Adobo for smoky chilli, or Cajun Seasoning for a pepperier non-Mexican meat dish.
Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and steam.
Good to Know: The seasoning is deliberately salt free so the final dish can be adjusted after tomatoes, stock and beans have reduced.

Chili con carne mix
I've now ordered this mix three times, it is an excellent base to add too. I use the chili's that come in their chili pack, passata, apple cider vinegar, and ground steak mince. Outstanding results.

Chilli con carne - no salt
This is an absolute godsend for me and my enforced low salt diet. It is a really nice heat too. My normal level salt partner doesn’t bother to add salt at the table either, saying that it really doesn’t need any.

Recently having been prescribed a reduced salt diet, finding this product has been a lifesaver. It’s really tasty and no added salt means I can happily have this one, unlike many others that have a lot of hidden salt.
