The first harvest is called the fly harvest, followed by the main harvest, this coffee bean is taken from the main harvest, compared to the Kenya Kiriga Estate AB Coffee which is the fly
The flavours are of a clean and crisp blackcurrant with fresh green apple balanced by white sugar sweetness which lets the fruit shine
The farm is based just outside of Thika in the central province of Kenya
