The black pepper is from organic certified farms in Malabar India, smoked with beech wood which is farmed from organic certified farms in Sri Lanka, smoked also in Sri Lanka
Cold Smoking means only smoke is fed through to the black peppercorns, no heat is applied which will shorten the shelf life of the flavour oils
