De Arbol Salsa


2 De Arbol Chillies 

1/2 White Onion

400g Plum Tomatoes Halved

1 Clove Garlic Minced

1 Teaspoon Mexican Oregano

Juice from 1/2 Lime : Pinch Salt and Sugar

Fresh Coriander Leaf for garnish


Hydrate the De Arbol Chillies as per our guide here

Grill the tomatoes until charred and place in a food processor with the chillies and the infused water, add the onion, garlic, mexican
oregano, lime juice, sugar and pinch of salt to your liking.


Set Aside for about 1hour and finish of with fresh coriander leaf – perfect hot salsa for any use, will keep for 3 days in the fridge
