What is it?: Delicate pyramid-shaped salt crystals formed from Indian Ocean water.
Flavour: Clean and moderately strong, with crisp hollow crystals that crush easily.
Common uses: Rub between the fingers and finish fish, meat or vegetables immediately before serving.

Good to know: The hollow pyramid form is created naturally during crystallisation and gives a large-looking crystal that breaks with very little pressure.

Surprising
I purchased this product out of curiosity to be honest. However, I was surprised to find that the difference between this and table salt is striking. This salt has a very soft and subtle flavour. I have no interest in artificially flavoured salts, but I will be trying a variety of natural salts from around the world. I will definitely buy this again.
