While the authentic vindaloo curry is very low in heat, the recipe in the UK created somewhere in the 70s in an infusion of Indian and British cuisine making a wonderful flavoured curry with a very hot kick of heat
This vindaloo curry powder can be used in any curry dish to add the flavour and heat, simply fry an onion, add a teaspoon of the mix and add meat and veg for the basic curry, from here add and adjust as suits

Not as hot as I would have liked, more low heat madra than vindaloo
Great to buy being salt free, just add extra chilli powder of a hot chilli to get to vindaloo strength.
