Szechuan red pepercorns
These were unbelievably salty. I have no idea why, but we used them as if they were normal Szechuan peppercorns and they spoiled the whole dish. Only after picking them out individually was the result edible. Were thye packed in salt or something?

The best Sichuan peppercorns on the market, I have really tried them all! Spices on the web was out of stock for a long time but all for good reason: they don't stock on products unless they can find the best. I'm very excited that these are back in stock. I just did some roasting and grinding of the first batch and even a tiny dub on your tongue leaves it numb and tingling for a few minutes. Really great quality.
