Vietnamese Tear Jerks have a lovely aroma of chilli fruity with a hint of citrus

Usually only found in the markets of Vietnam, rare to find outside of the country

Flaked for ease of use and allow texture and cooler in your dish, a dried pod is around 1g a teaspoon is around 5 pods worth - go on add some more for better tears
