My go-to supplier for interesting chillies and spices
I've used SpicesOnTheWeb and ChilliesOnTheWeb for several years now. Good quality spices and seasonings - I come here particularly for things that are harder to find in the shops and/or that I need in larger quantities for making batches of condiments, but also end up stocking up on other things that are easier to get liked smoked paprika, because I know I'll get decent stuff.

Yellow Mustard Seeds
I love these yellow mustard seeds as they add a lovely mustardy pop to my cooking. I lightly toast if going to crush and make a paste with other ingredients. Once toasted and crushed and oil added they are wonderful basted over roast potatoes, coating fish, vegetables. Also brilliant added to preserving e.g pickled onions, cucumbers.
