The Yidu Chilli is cultivated and grown in the western Hubei Province, soaking up the wonderful Chinese Climate to change what we estimate to be original Mexican chilli into a flavoursome low heat red thick cayenne type
Can be used like any other red chilli, in stews, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican and more cuisines, its all good flavour
Imported from reputable farms we guarantee this great chilli will add yet another flavour to your Dishes
