As with our growing range of Chinese chillies we are delighted to bring another commercial crop from China

Yidu Chili is aa traditional chili of Shandong Province , the earliest were planted in Yidu county now called Qingzhou City, soaking up the wonderful Chinese Climate to change what we estimate to be original Mexican chilli via the Himalayan Spice Route - Mongolia into China, creating a flavoursome low heat red thick cayenne type

Can be used like any other red chilli, in stews, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican and more cuisines, its all good flavour

Imported from reputable farms we guarantee this great chilli will add yet another flavour to your Dishes
