Cinnamon flowers
Tried these for the 1st time in place of cassia bark shards and the flavour is really good. So far, I've mainly used them in my chai tea, but can see me using them in curry and rice dishes.

Brilliant
Used for the first time in my pilau rice instead of cinnamon sticks. Pick them out before serving like you would cloves. Lovely flavour but a little goes a long way. Brilliant
