Kaffir Lime Leaves, as the name suggest they come from the same trees as we get limes from

How you dry leaves makes a huge difference to the form, dried in the sun will produce delicate curling leaves while freeze drying or vacuum drying will produce rigid solid leaves

Our Kaffir Lime Leaves are just that, rigid solid leaves - this ensures the flavour is stored in the leaves and not lost in the drying process

Lime Leaves can be added to any dish - Thai in particular for us, other cuisines just as good

You do not need much of a leaf to infuse flavour so adding a little at a time is better, just like bay the leaf is ideally removed before serving

Grown in India

Packed in a Unit that handles Sesame Seeds, Mustard and Celery
