Spices are excellent!
We love this! Marinade yogurt chicken and the spices for a few hours. I accompany it with flatbread from the bbq.

Persian Seasoning
We've used this twice now - on lamb neck fillet and then on chops - and it was really good on both as a rub. Normally I shy away from mixes which have cinnamon and star anise, as they can be overpowering for me, but this is spot on.
