Atjar Tjampur Pickled Vegetable Seasoning - No Salt!


Indonesian Cuisine is simply awesome with so many influences infusing together to create so many classic dishes

Atjar Tjampur is a pickled vegetable seasoning for a traditional bitter sweet Indonesian side dish

To create this classic dish :

  1. Take 1 Cucumber Onion Carrot Cauliflower coarsely chopped with 2 Tbs of oil in a frying pan
  2. Stir 1 Tablespoon of Atjar Tjampur seasoning, Vinegar of choice, approx 1/2 cup Salt to taste and summer for 5 mins until the veggies start to soften slightly
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool thoroughly
  4. Serve cold with sates, rice, oriental curries or as an alternative to coleslaw

Ingredients : Sugar, Ginger, Turmeric, Garlic
